Use slow movements and quiet voices.
Use walking feet at all times (no running).
Be quiet and respectful of the animals, guests and staff.
Keep hands at your side or in your pockets. Please do not put your hands inside the kennels or through the fencing.
If an animal seems stressed or uncomfortable (i.e. barking, hiding), please continue moving rather than standing in front of their kennel.
Please help us keep all of our animals healthy. Use hand sanitizer before and after visiting any shelter animal. Guests can pass germs from pet to pet if they do not wash or sanitize their hands between visits.
Always stay with your group and walk behind the tour guide. Please listen to staff and volunteer direction. We want to keep all of our guests and animals safe.
Be kind & gentle to all of our beloved shelter animals. Please do not handle any animals without permission and guidance from a staff member or volunteer.
