Monday, November 23 – Monday, December 7, we will be offering limited services to the public due to an unexpected staffing shortage.

In order to provide for the community with critical shelter services we will continue to offer the following:

  • Stray services to our contracted towns (Glenville/Scotia, Niskayuna, Princetown/Duanesburg)
  • End of life services (euthanasia and cremation)
  • Pet Food Pantry services by appointment only
  • Pet Behavior Helpline

The following shelter services will be on pause until Tuesday, December 8:

  • Adoptions
  • Surrender of owned pets for rehoming

Our Community Spay/Neuter Clinic is closed this week for the holiday, and will re-open as scheduled for appointments next week on Monday, November 30.

Please be patient as our response time to voicemails and emails regarding pet services will be delayed. We plan to re-open for regular shelter services on Tuesday, December 8

Rest assured that the pets in our care will continue to receive the same love and attention as always! Thank you for your continued support.
