Purrs to The Katbird Shop and Roger the Cat whose Meet and Greet event in support of "Roger Fur Mayor" of Schenectady raised over $500! Roger's campaign goal is to support the APF's expansion of its low-cost spay/neuter program.
Special thanks to all of Roger's adoring constituents who stopped by and made donations.
Our thanks to The Gazette for their monthly pet adoption page and all of the businesses who have sponsored an ad featuring a pet for adoption: Perecca's Bakery and Cafe, Golden Rule Lawn Care, Endzmeet.com, Worth Repeating, Green Wave Snow Plowing, Theodora D'Amico - Remax agent, Empire Self Storage, Mobile Accessories, Brandywine Video, Morrette's Restaurant, GoCuckoo Inc.and Classy Canines Grooming Salon. Our pets need all the visibility they can get!

Thanks and congratulations to Caitlin and Chuck Cerny for making a donation to the APF instead of purchasing table favors for their wedding. They also had pictures of their pets on each table. Now that's true love!
A big thank you to Mohawk Honda for hosting an adoption clinic for us in their beautiul new showroom and giving all the pets rides in new Hondas (just kidding about the rides). And thanks to our wonderful volunteers who helped!

Wags and purrs to Curtis Lumber and WTEN Pet Connection with Steve Caporizzo for hosting the second annual Petapalooza adoption event. Nearly 500 pets found new homes on that day! And again, thanks to all the volunteers who helped!
Our sincere thanks to everyone who has responded to our pleas for supplies, especially paper towels and cat food!
