Please contact Governor Cuomo today to help get funding to spay/neuter and release free roaming (feral) cats.
The bill would allow a small percentage of the state’s Animal Population Control Fund (APCP) to be spent on the trapping, neutering and releasing of cats (TNR). Currently those funds cannot be used for TNR.
