Local artist Marjorie Corbett felt compelled to help those who had lost their beloved pets in last year’s devastating fire on Jay Street in Schenectady. She decided to put her talents to work by painting beautiful portraits of a few of these beloved pets who perished in the fire and to donate them to the APF.

Now, we are locating the owners of these cats so that they might have this wonderful memento of their loved one. We have located two owners, but we are still looking for two more. Please take a look at these two beautiful portraits, and if you think you recognize one or both of these cats let us know by emailing canineacademy@animalprotective.org Jay Street Cat Tuxedo Portrait
