Today I went for a car ride, and it was so much fun!  I sat in the back with my buddy from the shelter, and she held on to me on the tight turns.  I played with my squeakie toy a bit, but mostly I loved just looking out the window.  Then I got to meet Jerry Gretzinger of Channel 6 News.  He was really nice and gave me treats.  All the ladies were saying he was "handsome" - does that mean he has dog cookies?  'Cause if it does, then I like handsome!  I showed everyone at the station all the things I can do: sit, lie down, give my paw, and sit pretty (I'll do anything for a treat).  We had our picture taken for the Fireplug Walk, then I went for another car ride back to the shelter.  I am hoping that my next car ride will be the car ride HOME!
