Sypher
came to the shelter because his owner realized her apartment was too
small and she wasn’t home enough to take care of a dog. At just 8
months old, Sypher is still a puppy at heart, but is thankfully past
the “bouncing off the walls” stage. He already knows how to sit and
is eager to learn more. Sypher has one ear with a mind of its own
that sometimes curls up like a wavy potato chip. He would fit in to
just about any home.
